ORDERING

Please be advised of the cut off times when placing your order which is before 10 pm, 3 days before scheduled delivery If you purchase a product from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, Email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).

We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

 

TRANSACTION CURRENCY & CONDITIONS

All prices on the Stox in a Box site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change without notice based on season, availability, and market conditions.

DELIVERY

We deliver fresh produce and grocery items to the Sydney metropolitan area and surrounds between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm Thursday to Saturday 

All orders must be placed by10pm three days prior to delivery. If an order is received after this cut-off, it will be fulfilled the week following. 

Changes to one-off orders must be submitted by 2 pm two business days prior to delivery. Changes received after this cut-off will not be actioned.

 

On the day of delivery, you will receive an estimated time that your item will be delivered. You will receive a text message with a two-hour window with an expected delivery time. Please note this will be an approximated time only and we offer no guarantees if delivered outside of this window. Although we do our best to make sure your order will arrive 'on time', there are various reasons our driver may run behind schedule. We make every effort to make sure your order is delivered promptly however if our driver is running behind we will, if practical, send out another text message with an updated estimated delivery time. 

 

Due to security reasons if you live in a secured building we are not able to leave your order outside 

 

**IMPORTANT -Please let us know if your circumstances will restrict delivery and we will do our best to accommodate you.**

 

If we need access through a security door to deliver your order you will need to be home at the time of delivery. If you are not home and we are not able to gain access our driver is under instructions to bring your order back to the warehouse. We will then contact you and attempt delivery again on the next available delivery day, if this occurs you will be charged a second delivery fee. 

Your order will arrive in a 100% recyclable container, please reuse or recycle accordingly.

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

It is our aim to only provide the freshest produce ie fruit, vegetables, and grocery items.

 

We have stringent quality control systems in place for checking produce as it arrives and leaves our warehouse. Occasionally,  there may be an instance whereby an item might slip through this system

 

Stox in a Box offers full credit for any product delivered that is not of the best quality. We ask customers to inform us by sending an email that includes a photo of the item in question as soon as possible after receiving their order to info@stoxinabox.com 

This must be done within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

 

If possible, we will deliver replacement items or we will issue a credit on your account to be deducted from your next order or credit directly onto your credit card. If you do not request a credit or contact us within 24 hours, we reserve the right to refuse your claim of credit. 

If you have ordered an item incorrectly, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We do not offer returns and credits for any 'change of mind’ purchases 

 

If we have delivered the wrong item in error, we will issue a refund and will pick up the incorrect item on our next delivery run to your area. If you have used the item or thrown it away, we reserve the right to reject your claim for a refund. All claims for credit due to missing or incorrect items must be made to Stox in a Box office within 24 hours of the delivery being received.

Please note, organic produce has its imperfections and on occasion may have an unusual size or shape, natural blemish, or discoloration. This does not warrant a quality claim.

PAYMENTS and SECURITY

For all credit card transactions, we use Eway payment gateway Customers can be assured that their personal and payment card data has been treated in the safest way possible, decreasing the chances of payment card and personal data being stolen. All credit card data is secured with military-grade software and servers, by using the very highest level of encryption available.

We collect a small amount of information required to fulfill your purchases through our website. This includes customer name, address, email, and telephone numbers. All of this information is used to complete your purchase. At the time of purchase, your email address is added to our weekly newsletter database which is used to advise customers when our website is updated. This information is stored electronically that we ourselves operate. These details are never shared, sold, published for the use by a third party. All personal details provided to us are stored on our secure server. 
To ensure the security of your personal information we use a number of processes which include but are not limited to restricting access to personal information, maintaining technology products, and solutions that offer best-practice security measures. We prevent unauthorized access to all computers and facilities and securely destroy all personal information when it is no longer needed.
By using our website, you consent to the information you provide to be collected for the purposes of fulfilling any orders which you may place now or in the future.
Revision of this Privacy Policy - Stox in a Box reserves the right to change, modify, or revise this Privacy Policy in order to comply with any applicable laws or for any other reason at any time. For this reason, we recommend that our customers check the Privacy Policy periodically to read about any changes, modifications, or revisions.
