Do you charge a delivery fee?Please note due to the current COVID-19 situation a flat rate delivery fee of $9.95 will be applied to all orders under $100 This is to help us continue to deliver fresh produce to you and your family during these difficult times. Any orders over $100 delivery is FREE

How will my order be delivered?Your order will be delivered in a 100% recyled cardboard box and placed on your doorstep with drivers maintaining correct social distancing measures.

Do I need to be home when my delivery arrives?No, you don’t need to be home. Your delivery will be left safely at your front door. If you have alternate instructions for your driver, you can add a note to your account and they will leave it wherever you request. We unfortunately can't provide replacements for theft, but we will always do our best to prevent this from happening. If you live in a secured building we are unable to leave your order at the front door and suggest a neighbour could collect it on your behalf. Please let us know and we will be happy to work with you to find a resolution

How do I pay for my order?You can choose to pay with Visa or MasterCard.You will be prompted to provide your payment information when completing your account set up. Payment is taken once you place your order online We’ll send you a receipt by email when any payment is completed.

What happens if I have a problem?We work hard to bring you fresh, high quality produce. With fresh fruit and vegetables, the odd thing can inevitably go wrong. We try to catch any problems before any produce is released however sometimes there may be an item that slips through this sytem If you have a problem, please let us know as soon as you can and we can replace the item or honor with a credit on your next order

Will the fruits and vegetables in my order be organic ?Yes! Our organic range of fruit and vegetables are sourced from local organic farmers.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?If you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email and it will be reflected in your account as an ‘upcoming order’

Something is missing in my order what do I do?If the error is from our end you will recieve a credit on your account Credits may take 2-3 days to appear on your account after your order has been delivered. Please wait until then before contacting us, if your credit has not appeared. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund to your credit card please let us know and we can arrange that instead. Refunds can take up to 3 business days to appear on your account.

Can I modify or change my order?Yes of course! We understand that your circumstance may change and as a result you may add or remove products from your recurring order by logging into your account. From there you can also pause you recurring delivery and even stop it entirely if you wish. Any changes must be made prior to the 7:00pm cut off on the Monday prior to that weeks deliveries. Otherwise the change will take place for the following week. You can also get in touch with us and we can assist with any modification, skips or cancellations that you require.

How do I update my details ?All changes can be made safely and securely via your members page. Simply login to your account and make any changes that you require.

Why have you substituted a product?We do our best to ensure our website is up to date with available products, however in some cases we may need to substitute a product for a similar product that we have which may vary based on seasonal availability and our quality standards.
